If you are staying in or around Invermoriston, then we’ve got some great tours available for you to take which depart from outside of the Glenmoriston Hotel.
If you are staying in Fort William or Fort Augustus then it is also possible to join our tour in the morning.
If you’ve got a car, it’s very simple as there is a free car park outside of the Invermoriston Village Hall, which is just a 1 minute walk from our pick-up point.
Joining by public transport is possible in the morning, with a reliable service provided by CityLink from Fort William to Invermoriston. Our return to Invermoriston is too late to catch the last bus but there are a few options;
- Depart the tour after the last stop of the day at Eilean Donan Castle at the village of Dornie. You will have a couple of hours to spend here, which means you can pick-up dinner at the local pub. The bus to Fort William departs 8.33pm (this is based on the 2025 timetable
- Get a taxi back from Invermoriston to Fort William/Fort Augustus with our friends from Nevis Taxis (approx £90 in 2025)
- Come back to Inverness with us and end your journey there!
