What if I need to cancel my tour?

We are often asked what happens if you need to cancel your tour. As we are a very small tour guiding company, if we take a job we have to turn down other work.

Here are the important parts of our terms and conditions

    • More than 30 days prior to the tour you will be refunded 50% of your tour price (deposits are non-refundable). However, if we can resell your day you will get most of your money back less a small admin charge.
    • Less than 30 days prior to your tour or on or after commencement of the tour no refunds will be given. However, if we can resell your day we will aim to give you a refund less a small admin charge.
    • All deposits are non-refundable
The longer notice that you give us – the more likely that we will be to resell your day and the higher the possibility of you getting a refund is.
We always try and be fairand we realise that sometimes things can happen which our out of your control. However, we do strongly recommend that you have travel insurance with cancellation insurance.
